Dr. Scott Dull, MD

I was in Dr. Dull's office last week on the 24th of May and was supposed to be referred to a Dr. Patel for injections on my neck one week before I was to be back to see Dr. Dull on the 7th of June. I find out today that Dr. Dull's office just sent the referral today on the 30th of May and can not be seen by Dr. Patel until the 6th of June one day before I was to be back in Tulsa to see Dr. Dull. I live about 125 miles SE of Tulsa, OK. and if they haven't noticed, gas prices are not getting cheap...

I sat in his waiting room for 2 1/2 hours before being place in an exam room for another 30 minutes, just to be told he could not do anything that day. I was not told to bring the film from my cat scan, I was told my appt was at 1:40 and they showed 2:40. After 9 business days, nothing had been done to set up additional tests and kept getting one excuse after another, finally requested another referral. Was pleased at first when we began seeing him for my husband's back injury. He seemed to know his stuff and ran all the needed tests and then some. But then refused surgery saying it would not help. Tried to say that his injury was there before his accident and that the accident "brought out his injury". Which is a load of complete bull. This man has never had a backache a day in his life. I am very very pleased with Dr Dull. He knew exactly what was wrong with me and did my surgery. Although I am still having other complications (which are out of his control) I won't go to anyone else even though he is hours away from me. I know I'm in the best care in his hands. I also love his nurse Cathy! She is also amazing and very dependable. Additionally, I have dealt with Elizabeth by phone and she also seems helpful. Now for the negative....... I feel as if the office staff could be more...

Dr. Dull was very pleasant man. I was treated with the upmost respect. His diagnosis was exactly what was given by the other doctors. He got me in to surgery very quickly, so that my recovery would not cause problems with my job. I was in the hospital less than 2 days, and am feeling great. Great guy, seems to know his stuff, went to see him about my neck,recommend surgery ASAP UNTIL he found out it was going to be a work comp insurance not my Aetna insurance. I became came a second class citizen in seconds flat to these slime balls. They not only didn't want anything more to do with me, they right out of the box said I was going to responsible for this bill and that bill and were not polite ab out it. Nice folks... NOT.
