I know usually people just look up drs once they decide they don't like them but you never hear the good. He has helped me so much! I had a leg ulcer which was draining. I went to a few doctors
At reid & they said they recommended amputation. Dr. Offutt spent many weeks healing my wound & now it has closed with no infection! I am so blessed to have found him!

Great Doc!
Dr Offutt is great! He performed surgery on my foot & now I have no pain! After years of pain & nobody gave me answers dr Offutt fixed the problem. I highly recommend him.

He should not be able to perform surgeries. He does not practice his oath that he swore by when receiving his license. He hacked my ankle so bad that it's dyformed.I would not allow him to even touch a mouse!
