Worst healthcare experience I've had.
After calling 3 times, and holding for over 10 min, I was able to get an appt. I took vacation time off work, drove to the appt, and was promplty told Dr. DeVare doesn't accept my insurance at her Schaumburg location. She is listed as accepting new pations with BCBS HMO Illinois and I provided my insurance info all 3 times I called. I had to wait to get an appt and was looking forward to finally receiving medical on my finger. The way my appointment was handled was completely unprofessional. ...
