I have multiple diagnosis contributing to my pain. She has worked very hard with me to keep my pain controlled, at a level I can not only live with but can function with. This requires occasional injections into facet joints, and has required physical therapy, consults with neurosurgeons and rheumatologist. Both the physician and her PA's, Dana and Andrea listen and work with my PCP and specialist so that everyone remains in contact and aware of all my issues.
