i have been seeing dr. russo as my primary care physican for about 5 years and although i love her, i strongly dislike dealing with the staff in her office. this problem has worsened since she moved to a new office and is now part of the north shore hospital network. it is impossible to get referrals, and they have even billed the wrong insurance company on my behalf, creating a lot of work and stress on my part. i will be looking for a new doctor this week.
