The experience with Dr. Rhee was excellent as always, but not so for the front desk.
Dr. Rhee was as professional and friendly as always. However while we were waiting for our appointment the way one of your front desk staff was speaking to another was unreal.
Being a Manager of a medical office you should remind your staff that everyone can hear what is being said at the front desk and the front desk is a reflection of the whole office.

Dr. Rhee was patient and kind! He was helpful when I had some trouble with my daughters preop work. He always asked both my daughter and myself if we had any questions in all of the appointments! I never felt rushed or uninformed.
