Dr. Michele Cofield, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Cofield since she came into the Heathrow area. I had an appointment rescheduled not once, not twice but three times and was told that Dr. Cofield was having knee surgery that was why was rescheduled. When I arrived 9 minutes late due to traffic I was told to reschedule my appointment I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH.

Dr. Coefield is an amaizing doctor. I always feel very comfortable with her and she is very caring. She was the doctor on call at the hospital in Sanford when I delivered my first child and I have been going to her ever since.

I was torn between the good information that I felt Dr. Cofield has, and the poor professionalism that was displayed. The office staff and Dr operate fun and jokingly, however a bit too much for me. For example, constant "picking on" each other, YELLING from one exam room to the other, etc. Also, I was extremly unhappy with the amount of time it took to get an appointment and follow up.
