Dr. Hoover is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to me and considers my opinions about my treatments. I have a couple of autoimmune problems that have been buggers to treat but we are working on them. I had her call me at home after hours just to check up on me to see how I'm doing. She is funny, compassionate, willing to work outside of the box , and if she is stumped she asks for help from the medical community at large.

Dr hoover was not honest with me. She made promises and broke them. I have chronic condition and she ended up causing my family a lot of uneccesary pain and hardship. I would not recomend her to patients with serious health issues. I had been a patient of Western Mt Clinic off an on sine 1995. I was really devastated by the lack of compassion and I was not treated with dignity.
