my baby had a cough for several days did not know why . went to another dr he was rude and his staff was more rude. gave me wrong meds and told me to watch my son. i called dr exkert after he spiked a fever. paula told me to come right over after talking to the nurse liz and her i dont know how they remain so nice over the phone and in person. i am very happy with dr eckert and her staff because my baby had rsv and they new how to save him.
