I switched my child's primary care provider to Dr. Serotoff because I heard she was awesome, and that she is a concussion specialist. As my child's PRIMARY care provider, I expected to be able to see the doctor when my child had an issue. I was wrong! When I called saying my child hit her head playing, the office person told me that is a specialized visit and I couldn't see the doctor for WEEKS! If you use this office, please lie to the office staff about why you need to see the doctor, or you may not get your needed appointment. I ended up switching primaries so that my child could be seen. She had a concussion! The doctor is great, the office staff uncaring!
