His staff is just as rude and arrogant as him. You can get an appointment with almost no notice at any time of any day because most people who see him don't come back. Save yourself the trouble and see someone else.

Horrible experience, made a appointment to see the doctor about 4 months ago. During the visit the staff (exp. the receptionist) where rude and arrogant, Doctor Smith was not available so I was seen by his wife. The visit went ok and I was written a prescription for a 4 month supply of a medication. Now 4 months later I called in a refill and was denied I was told by the rude receptionist that I would need to make a appointment before getting another refill, I am not supposed to miss this daily ...

Had my first visit in 2010. Doctor wasn't friendly, didn't ask questions, quite rude about my past. I was confused on prescriptions, staff wasn't helpful when I called, they had a sarcastic attitude toward me on the phone, and they misinformed me. I will never go back there again.

Dr. Smith was okay. He is sort of rude. He wasn't the issue, it the rest of the staff. They are a bunch of idiots. I was ev en told over the phone that I couldn't speak to the doctor, she said "he doesn't do that." That seems weird to me, I understand maybe trying to limit the dr calls but to say he doesn't do that is ridiculous. The woman was very rude and obviously doesn't realize. That if they keep losing patients she won't have a job! When I told her I would just go to another dr she said ...
