I have been seeing Dr. Parcells for many years. He actually LISTENS to what you say and asks questions! You might have to wait a bit for him as he takes the necessary time with each of his patients. He is kind and compassionate and cares about his patients. The world needs more doctors like him! My mother loved him (she has since passed), my daughter and grandchildren also love him. He is, unfortunately, one of a kind.
