Went for appointment told to come 30 mins early. Got to waiting room (good name for it) and waited in pain for 1 1/2 hours finally told nurse to give me back my ID and MRI and insurance card I said I'm tapping out couldn't wait any longer my pain was to much will never go to or advise anyone to see this doctor.
