I had a Breast Augmentation with Dr. Casselith. I paid $24,000 for the procedure. She forgot to do the nipple lift (paid for) the implant was inserted and folded, have a large lump in my left breast and the nipple she cut off which cauliflower out. I have had two infections as the nipple is open to bacteria of all kinds. Will probably have to have them redone, with a competent doctor.
