Dr. Jeffrey Jacoby, MD

I strongly recommend staying away from Mr. Jacoby. He failed to diagnose a painful condition that I suffered to me. He wrote what was wrong on my medical record and never told me anything. He claimed that he examined/tested and charged $16,000.00 without even telling me that I had 3 damaged cervical disks and an impingement until I contacted QA, who sort of helped me, only after I read my report on my own.
