Dr. Niebling is one of the finest doctors and people I know. I have been seeing him for over 15 years. His medical abilities and judgment have been 100 percent. He is fun, kind, caring and will actually listen to his patient. I am happy to say he his my doctor, by I am proud to say he is my friend.
