I had blood drawin in Dr. Michael A. Velasquez, DO's office on September 6, 2010. I have tried repeatedly to get the results of the bloodwork and his staff has repeatedly told me that Dr. Velasquez would call me with the results. The doctor DID try to call me ONE time, on October 20th. Unfortunately, I was tied up in a meeting and unable to answer the call. I did, however, return his call and he still has not attempted to recontact me.
