Dr. Kistler is unprofessional and rude. I took an elderly parent to him for the results of an MRI. He acted like he was being bothered. He was annoyed by our questions and after a couple of questions he jumped out of his chair and said that he would just schedule an appointment with a surgeon - even though he would not recommned surgery.
