Pain,ear-ache requiring emergency visit; walk-in/no appointment. Friendly greeting from staff & doctor. Dr examined ear, retracted foreign object without pain, tested me for Covid19, explained care, diagnosis, future vaccines care, called in RX for inflammation, and I was out of there in 20 minutes total. Another Dr I saw for same ear examined me & never saw the reason for my pain. Dr Loomis is 5 star in my book. I want her for my family physician. Love her attitude knowledge!
