We went to see the doctor, drove hours to see him only to find out he was on vacation. The office didn't us he was out. We didn't see a doctor at all. In my 7th month (3rd trimester) I switched doctors. I only saw Dr. Lichtenstein at my initial visit, after that I saw one of three nurse practitioners (one was very unexperienced). I am a high risk patient due to my age and my history. The echo cardiogram he recommended at my initial visit was never ordered.
