Dr. Reynolds seems to be very competent and caring. The problem is he works alone with no backup. I called his office to report unexpected side-effects and seek advice and they never got back to me. I called again a week later when the symptoms were worse and the office was closed for the week; no one designated to take patient calls in his absence.
