Dr.Sterk is great ( except for a misdiagnosis ) but his staff is rude and unprofessional, especially Cheryl. Every time I had to deal with her she had a bad attitude and was not very polite. I had problems with them refilling medicines and when I moved they refused to fax a copy of my medical records to my new doctor. I called at one point to speak to the doctor himself and Cheryl & Julia would not let me speak to him. I was a patient for several months and to not be able to speak with my doctor...
