Dr. Dale Coy, MD

I wasn't exactly excited when I turned 50 to have my primary physician tell me it was time to get a colonoscopy. He recommended Dr. Coy stating that he was the best in the area. Having just completed my second colonoscopy with Dr. Coy, I couldn't be happier with him and his office. Everything from scheduling, to the procedure, to the follow up was handled very professionally and timely. In fact, my wife and I recently had a couples colonoscopy. No, not at the same time but back to back. Dr. Coy's bedside manner was great. While not looking forward to my next procedure, knowing that it will be with Dr. Coy puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Coy and his entire team.

As a 1st time patient meeting Dr. Coy on the eve of his vacation, I was blown away to get a call from him (while he was travelling) to go over my results and make sure I was OK. THAT just doesn't happen very often any more. Good advice, practiced eye, high tech service.

Dr. Coy is a brilliant Gastroenterologist. I have been suffering for many years with digestive issues and have seen many different gastro docs in the area and he is the first to spend the time and get to the root of the problem. I haven't felt this good in 10 years and it's all thanks to him. For a while I thought I just had to deal with the symptoms because no other doctor could (or would) help me figure it out and he did. I am so grateful to have found him. His knowledge, experience and compassion are remarkable to say the least. The only drawback was that I had to wait a couple times to see him because of emergencies at the hospital. It wasn't a very lengthy wait, and the office staff was wonderful in letting me know any updates they got to his ETA. Before allowing myself to get annoyed at the fact I had to wait, I thought about why it is that he is late and realized that somebody else was in need of his "magic". I can wait for his "magic".
