Dr. Babagbemi is very active and involved in the teaching of radiology residents and medical students. She is the creator and course director for the Diversity Visting Student Internship in Radiology designed to help increase exposure for those students historically underrepresented in Medicine, and specifically Radiology. Other teaching activities include Point of Care ultrasound (POCUS) and the hands-on training of ultrasound skills. She is the 2022 recipient of the prestigious Jeanne and Herbert Siegel award for Excellence in Medical Education at Weill Cornell Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Radiology.
