Taking into account the previous two reviews I am saddened to hear of their experiences. No patient should be made to feel that way. In my opinion and experience, Dr. Morris used to be a great doctor. Something changed over the last year of the many years I was her patient. Charting of meds was done incorrectly, payments were not recorded, patient calls were not returned for over a week, refills were not made and the doctor was hostile towards me when I voiced dissatisfaction and concern. Nothing good about my experiences with this Doctor. Lost test results twice, wait time is ridiculous, staff is rude, office is poorly laid out- you can hear everything! Serious suicide risk, and they didn't call me back for 5 hours. Then they couldn't see me before my next appointment, which was 2 weeks away.
