A receptionist has never treated me so rude. Since Dr. Zlobls office doesnt take later afternoon appointments, and I don't get out of work until 4 p.m., I had to put in for sick time in order to leave work early. I also had to secure coverage for my classroom because I am a teacher. Since the person covering for my class ran 5 minutes late, I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment.
