no problems would recommend

I was treated with respect and dignity. I was listened to and Dr. Panzer answered my questions and spoke to both my wife and I. After my colonoscopy he explained everything. Before my procedure one of his staff called and asked me if I had any questions etc. I would recommend this Dr. to my own family members.

I don't know what the problem is, but they shouldn't write bad reviews on a doctor without resolving issues of peole answering phone. Maybe there was a problem with phone system when they were calling. I didn't have any problems. why leave a terrible review on a doc who has spent years trying to take care of people and may not even now that there is a problem with the phone???

I'm not too sure what problems these other patients had, but it seems like they're probably not the best patients to deal with. I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Panzer. I am a young healthy college student that began having heartburn and indigestion issues a bit over a year ago. My GP referred me to another GI doc in town (near Denton Regional) who was a scumbag. This man is horrible. I have seen many doctors and this tops one of the WORST doctors I have EVER have been in contact with. He is very judgemental, doesnt think outside the box, and horrible bedside manner. If you are a Pain Management patient, he doesnt want to mess with you...and he said that to me in those terms. The first visit was ok but then I did the tests like blood, stool, and sono and the stool came back with some questions but he wasnt going to treat me until I was off of pain medica...
