Dr Malad took the time to review my case, prior to my seeing him. He was thorough, polite, communicated well, explaining everything. He was efficient, having a nurse with him to record notes. His personal attention, (speaking TO us- not at us- and looking at us in the eyes) and including my husband in the conversation was greatly appreciated.
