Don't waste your time with this doctor. His office phone will direct you to go to his UNSECURE web site and then require you to provide PRIVATE information. This is completely against HIPPA. Once you have completely input all of your personal / private information, you are supposed to receive a call from the doctor but instead I received an EMAIL from his office manager (wife) Ann.
