Dr. Veena Vats, MD

I've been to Dr. Vats office about 3 to 4 times now and can say without out a doubt the she is one of the "BEST" ENT in the Valley. I've been to at least 3 others, including one from Harvard, and none of them have the knowledge, bedside manner and understanding Dr. Vats demonstrates on a day to day basis. I most definitely would recommend Dr. Vats to anyone needing a great ENT Specialist.

Dr. Vats is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She actually cares about her patients and it shows. She take time with you and you can feel her empathy. I would highly recommend her for a Ear, Nose and Throat doctor.

I ended up in Dr Vats office due to a problem with taste. Turned out I had lost my sense of taste due to polyps. Dr Vats did an excellent job as a surgeon, judging by the results. BUT what got me here? to this website to rate them? I am on here writing about it because of her after care. Her office staff (hi Sandy! hi Christina!) are customer service professionals, but were able to convey a personal tone in all interactions.
