Dr. Sallam is with First Physicians Group on University Pkwy, The Practice is Excellent. I do not believe Dr. Sallam is accepting new patients, but the practice is open and has several offices, i.e. Blackburn Pt. on Rte 41.
She is the FINEST Dr. I met in my life and I am 70. It took me years to locate the practice and then ferret out the person who in my opinion was / is the best Doctor.
