I love Dr. Saad. I went to him for many years until I moved to Pennsylvania. While i was living in PA I started to get really heavy periods. I was embarrassed and devastated. My Dr. in PA told me I needed a hysterectomy. I really really didn't want to do this. So I drove 2 1/2 hrs back to Long Island to see Dr. Saad. He told me i didn't need surgery, and gave me the option of another thing called Thermachoice. It is something where the Dr. treated the inside of my uterus with a balloon.
