This providers office will cancel your appointment and not tell you. Then to pour salt on the situation they will tell you that it is too much work to create a file and provide service. They don't tell you that they aren't taking appointments they will just wait until you get there to deny you service. Do not go to this office or anyone else at South Haven Family Physicians.
