I'm surprised at the low reviews for Dr Vranes and his staff. I had an emergency and Reyna fit me into a tight schedule and the Doctor was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive! No sales pressures applied.

Not so friendly!
Dr. Vranes is not very friendly or patient. I don't feel like he takes his time or clearly answers my questions. It's an in and out appointment and he ALWAYS wants to see me in another 6 months. Time for a 2nd opinion.
