Dr. Casado was a great doctor. Laid back and great sense of humor. always went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. HOWEVER....decided to up and leave his practice in Illinois with NO notification to the patients whatsoever. Walked into the office one day and quit. I didn't even get a letter saying he was leaving until almost a month after he was already gone....postmarked from fricken Florida.
