I had a urine flow test which left me standing at the machine for 2 1/2 hours. I researched how long this test takes and found that it should be 25 minutes. I believe they just forgot about me and left me standing for 2 1/2 hours peeing which was very uncomfortable. Now I just get a bill for $1,520.00 indicating insurance has been processed and the balance is my responsibility. I called and they told me the claim was not sent to insurance (even though they have the info). They will do it now.
