Dr. Berger, physician assistances, and nurses are wonderful. The only issue I have is when calling for re-fills on your medication you are required to call several days in advance(no problem). However, the office staff will reprimand you if you come to the office to pick up your prescriptions without being called by a staff there. The problem is NO one calls you, so if you don't go up (sometimes several times wasting gas) you will run out of your medication. Then guess who's to blame for that "y...
