I used this Optometrist in 2008. Have always meant to write a review after finding an excellent Optometrist who did 4 Re-Do's until I was happy (NOT Dr. Efre). First try, I hated "Progressives" - I said to the optometrist personally (to his face) I hate these lets re-do with "Ben Franklin/Traditional/Executive" Lens! They came back again as Progressives. The clerk said "sorry, whatever, you have now only (1) one more re-do. I went with Dedicated Readers. Should have fired them.... Awful cust. sv...
