Took off work to see Dr. Roberts, waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and then in the exam room for 40 minutes. He breezed through my appointment, didn't show much care, concern, or compassion for my situation. Informed me that I was at the wrong kind of doctor (even though when I made the appointment, I very specifically told them the issue, they rearranged the doctors on me b/c the one I was supposed to see got called to surgery so I ended up with Dr. Roberts).
