Dr Santos is extremely careful about listening to the pt and doing a very thorough examination and testing and watch of symptoms and bloodwork before making a diagnosis He however makes sure to treat the pt with very good communication between both patient and doctor making sure that you understand the treatment and are in agreement with the plan and answers all questions He has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely empathetic most wonderful rheumatologist
