I am 1 of 3 people who contracted Hepatitis C from Dr. Chado because of his medical malpractice. He violated federal law and hospital policy by taking medicine out, putting it on a table, and leaving the OR unattended for over an hour. It allowed a drug-infected hospital worker to come in and swap dirty needles with clean ones. If he had done his job and stayed with the meds (as required by law), this never would have happened.
