I was impressed with the efficiency of the office staff as well as Dr. Egan's knowledge and explanations.
I got to the office early and they were ready for me. They were very polite. I didn't feel rushed with Dr. Egan and felt like she would do anything to make my condition better for me.

Felt at ease
This is my first time at a dermatologist, and Dr Egan made me feel comfortable and at ease. She listened to my issues, gave her opinions clearly, and quickly helped relieve my discomfort. Awesome lady! My followup was just as good.

Good first experience
Dr. Egan looked over everything and questioned a mole on my hip. She decided to go ahead and remove it right then, and was very good about talking me through the process.
