Dr Ferrell is an excellent doctor who gets results
Dr. Ferrell is treating me for an MPFL tear. He listens carefully and explains fully and has an excellent command of his field as well as bedside manner. I am a senior citizen with a young person's injury and he appears as committed to my healing as I am. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have discovered Prolotherapy and Dr.Ferrell as an alternative to painful surgery and a long rehabilitation. I have never written a review for a doctor but I highly recommend Dr. Ferrell!!

Amazing success and the ultimate professionals

My experience was professional and helpful.
Dr. Ferrell and Dr. Hyman have a refreshing approach to medicine and care of their patients. They spent an incredible amount of time with me answering questions and explaining different approaches to care. They seek to understand the issues causing my pain, not just treat and dismiss. Each time I see either doctor, I leave knowing I’m receiving the best care possible.

He fixed my joints, he can fix yours too!
Dr. Ferrell is great, I have been a patient for around a decade for intermittent joint issues due to work/sport related injuries and hypermobility. He suggested PRP procedures on my hips for impingement, and a PRP procedure on my shoulder for instability, both in conjunction with physical therapy. I have made a full recovery, and will return to him for any future joint issues.

Informative & Excellent Care
I was unaware of the ROSM style of care until being referred by my physical therapist (SET PT). When I met with Dr. Ferrell he explained the options to treat my injury with clarity. He answered all my questions well and provided great reading to research it myself. For my injections everything went smoothly. I've repaired a tear that was impacting my exercise seriously, and have returned to even more intense exercise now. Massive change for the positive.

I have my life back
Dr. Ferrell is amazing. He listens to you. He puts you first. Your goals are his goals and he will help you every step of the way. I fell down a flight of stairs damaging my back, hip, neck and shoulder. I could barely walk my 2 large dogs. Now I am back to the things I love..travelling, dancing, playing with my dogs...because of Dr. Ferrell.

Excellent experience par none!
This is the second time I have injured my left arm. Each time, I was treated with respect and my input was valued regarding my treatment course!! I appreciated that Dr. Ferrell provided me with options regarding my injury. He is patient and professional, and his staff are on point!

Excellent!
After tearing my meniscus for a 2nd time, my doctor wanted to perform surgery again and remove more of my meniscus. I was referred to Dr. Ferrell by a friend and teammate and he recommended PRGF injection. The treatment was great and I can be active again without dealing with pain and swelling in my knee. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferrell to anyone considering an alternative to knee surgery. The PRGF injection was highly successful.

Total success!
There are so many positive comments I can make about Dr Ferrell and the care I received! First, my tear totally closed with the PRP and the prolo-therapy and I went from not being to run to running again with no pain. Second, Dr Ferrell was so professional, so compassionate, so kind, so knowledgeable that I felt that I could trust his judgment blindly. I keep telling all my runner friends about the top notch, high quality care I received and I literally want folks to know that you can avoid surgery, repair ligaments and tendons and get back to an active life!

Took the time. Listened. Explained.
Having visited a different practice that didn't seem to be very interested in creating a thorough recovery plan, I was very happy to have today's experience. The care team ushered me in to the exam room and asked good questions. I was seen by both Dr. Tefera and Dr. Ferrell. They quickly diagnosed and each took the time to explain a variety of courses of treatments. They provided the up-sides and potential down-sides of each. They listened and then answered questions thoroughly. I scheduled a follow-up and genuinely feel as though my care is in good hands here. The office is clean, amidst COVID, and I have been made to feel comfortable and optimistic about our treatment plan.

Grateful
Before seeing Dr Ferrell I saw 12 different doctors and 4 different Physical Therapists! I may have seen some improvements with these doctors but none of them were able to completely diagnose my issues. As a long time runner I had developed high hamstring tendinitis, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, piriformis syndrome and trigger points.The pain was excruciating. I could no longer run and could hardly even sit. When I met with Dr. Ferrell I felt like he was my final hope to find improvement. He took his time to explain all that was happening with me and laid out a plan for recovery. He first used PRP to help regenerate some of those muscles that had atrophied and tendons that were torn. Then he used prolo-therapy to continue the healing process. I did not believe that I could one day be pain free, feel strong and have the level of activity that I desire to have a more full life. I'm so grateful for his expertise, knowledge and especially his kindness.

Dr. Ferrell is a top notch physician. I trust his experience and care.
The clear explanations of what was going on with my shoulder and how he could assist me gave me confidence in his expertise.
He responds in a timely fashion to any questions I leave in the patient portal. From my perspective, he understands how important it is to explain what is going on with the PRP and Lipogems procedures. I am healed from the PRP and in the process of healing from the Lipogems treatment.

Doctor Ferrell is always professional, caring and knowledgeable
I have been seeing Doctor Ferrel for a number of years and he has been able to keep me mostly pain free for all that time. I have chronic issues in a few joints and also in my back. Without Dr. Ferrells' care I would probably have had to undergo at least one surgery and he has helped me to avoid that. I am very grateful and satisfied.

Dr. Ferrel listens to patients
Dr Ferrell is warm and approachable and listens to his patients. He explained what the physical exam showed and therefore I felt comfortable with his diagnosis. I am a curious patient and he answers all my many questions, even sending me links to websites for further research on my own. He answers every email within 24 hours. Dr. Ferrell also understands how to treat hypermobility. This has been the most helpful, productive doctor-patient relationship in my 17-year search for proper treatment.

Amazing Work!
I came in for chronic back pain radiating down my left leg. He quickly identified places he could help and I got on the schedule very fast. I saw immediate improvement and by 10 days after the injection the pain was gone. Its now 6 weeks later and I am still pain free.

Best referral I ever received
Dr. Ferrell has a perfect bed-side manner, he is patient and is willing to explain or address any questions you may have. Detailed oriented and truly cares
