My Recent Colonoscopy Experience
I received an outstanding customer service, respect and patience from the front desk receptionist staff, the nursing team, anesthesia staff, the kind gentleman who helped me out of the clinic and of course Dr. Reddy.

Colonoscopy
I wanted to say how awesome the staff was during my colonoscopy yesterday. Leah the nurse whom admitted me was very friendly and put me at ease. The Nurse anesthetist was very friendly. Every time I have come to that office they are friendly and professional and are punctual with my time. Dr Reddy explains everything and puts you at ease. Great job team.

Excellent first experience
It was my first time having a colonoscopy and the entire process from scheduling the procedure, orientation and test it was all very comfortable and I felt well taken care of. The procedure itself was completely painless and most importantly the results were excellent.

Colonoscopy
Dr. Reddy provided excellent care from explaining the procedure during my appointment. The scheduling process was very easy and efficient. During the day of procedure the entire staff was very informative and caring. Dr. Reddy spent time with me before and after procedure. Doctor's office followed up the next day. Excellent doctor and staff!

My very first colonoscopy
I have to admit that I was very hesitant to get this first colonoscopy, mostly because of my own anxiety related issues. But once I finally did commit to doing it, mostly at the urging of my family doctor, I found the experience overall was much better than I had imagined. Dr. Reddy and his team were great to work with, as well as the team at Palm Endoscopy. I felt like I was in good hands and well cared for from the minute I walked in the door. And my preliminary and post-procedure discussions with Dr. Reddy made me feel reassured that he was both very experienced as well as concerned with my care.
If you’re at the age that you need to start getting colonoscopies, I would speak with Dr. Reddy and his team. They can set you up with just the right preparation to make the colonoscopy procedure go very smoothly and worry free. If anything, most people seem to worry about the prep part, as did I initially. However, just follow their instructions, and relax— everything will be fine.

Took great care to find out what problem was

On 10/20/21 I had a colonoscopy at the Palm endoscopy center, in altamonte springs. For such an uncomfortable procedure, beginning with the dreaded prep, etc, i was so pleased with the services provided by my doctor, Dr. Sanjay Reddy, as well as, ALL the staff. From the receptionist up front, to the nursing staff, the procedure assistants, and the nurse anesthetist. Everyone was so professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you Dr. Reddy and all. Quality care should be recognized and applauded

Highly Recommended
I have already recommended Dr. Reddy and Digestive Disease Consultants to two of my friends. He has such empathy for his patients that I find rare with busy doctors today. He listens carefully and does not appear to be in a rush but is focused on you and putting you at ease. He lets you know he is a team player, proud of the folks who work with him, saying we will take care of you as you face one of the procedures. It is easy to give this professional a five star, outstanding recommendation.

Dr Reddy is very attentive, kind, and clear with his explanations.
Dr Reddy has been very thorough in his effort to find why I have had some right side pain for a number of years. He ordered two procedures to be sure there was nothing serious as the culprit. He has also given me detailed instructions on how to help my condition. His warm and kind manner is also very comforting.

Doctor listened intently made recommendations and ordered a prescription and then when the client mentioned he didn’t like the taste of the Metamucil fiber he didn’t think to recommend another odorless/tasteless variety of fiber supplements. Ended up getting his PCP to order this and have it put into his diet sodas 2x daily. We also made dietary changes as recommended as well.
