As no doctor is perfect, or knows everything, Doctor Prendergast admits it if she does not know a certain thing, but finds out and gets me an answer fairly rapidly. I prefer a doctor such as her over a doctor who pretends to know everything and tries to cover up otherwise.
If you don't care for doctors who tell you things 'straight up' with a 'point blank' attitude, Doctor Prendergast may not be for you. As for myself, I prefer a doctor who tells you like it is and doesn't pussy foot around.
