He refuses to answer questions regarding our loved one's care - and puts responsibility on the nurses. The only thing he's ever done is look at her, listen to her heart for a few seconds, touch her legs and leave. He acts as though family members, particularly females, are beneath his contempt, and he behaves accordingly.
