Listens to all your concerns she doesn't rush you thru your appointments.
4 stars for diagnosis because no one has all the answers. Sometimes you have to try many treatments before the picture is clear. But trust is what you want from a Doctor and I can say: Dr. Hong is awesome.
Her staff are very kind and considerate. They truly love what they are doing. Thank you all for the best treatment ever. Joann~
