Great experience, went for breathing problems after 2 failed nose surgeries in my twenties. It was a complex case, nose was botched and he took the time to explain and assess and performed a very successful surgery. I have a working nose, airways are now doing what they are supposed to do. Breathing is a gift we take for granted, one I will cherish again thanks to Dr. Thomas.

After being diagnosed with a rare cancer of the nose, Dr. Thomas took the time to explain my diagnosis and plan the best procedure for me. He is kind and understanding and goes the extra mile to be sure you get the best result. In addition, his endoscopies have been painless, which was not the case with other ENT doctors and surgeons at other major medical centers where I was evaluated.

Dr. Thomas is wonderful! He is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever been a patient of and I owe my life to him. I was diagnosed with tonsil cancer in 2012 and referred to Dr. Thomas. He recommended I have surgery, a neck dissection, which I was very nervous about, but Dr.Thomas explained it all in great detail to me. He is certified to do oral robotic surgery, there are no other doctors in Boston that have the certification he does. Without this process I would have had to face a much more complex surgery. A couple days after the surgery I had a complication which was one of things they tell you could happen to one in a million people, but it happened to me. Dr. Thomas raced back to the hospital in the middle of the night to treat me. I am a medical professional myself and I can tell you that there are not too many physicians that care enough to do this. Dr. Thomas went out of his way to care for me in an emergent situation, without his quick reaction I would not be here to write this review. I am still being followed by Dr. Thomas and recently referred a close family friend to him. I would refer any of my family or friends to Dr. Thomas. If you are ever facing a situation like I was you would be very lucky to have Dr. Thomas as your physician.
