Good doctor, awful staff.
My mother has been going to him for over a year but unfortunately we'll have to switch doctors. Dr. Modi has a very good bedside manner, a vast amount of knowledge and is good with his patients. It is easy to make appointments (though wait time to get in is usually quite long). But the staff, while nice, is just horrible. Calls to renew, obtain or ask questions about prescriptions are rarely if ever returned. Follow-up phone calls are non-existant as are needed referrals to specialists. I have h...
