I am a new patient assigned to this doctor and since 8 am have been trying to get his phone number and fax, so I can get my chart faxed to him and make an appointment. I have been told that no one can call his office directly and that I would have to wait for a phone conference. The patient advocate gave me numbers to a doctor at Patterson Air Force base in OHIO!
